Adding Bank Account to User Profile

This article shows you how to manage bank details in your offer so you don’t have to send this sensitive information every time you have a bank transfer trade. You can save more than one bank account and use it for all your bank transfer trades.


Adding bank account


1. Login to your account, hover over your username, and click Settings.

2. Keep your bank account details handy and click Payment Details on the left menu.


3. Choose your account type, country, and currency, and click Next.


4. Complete the following fields:

Routing NumberThe nine-digit code used to identify your financial institution.The USA only
Account NumberYour personal account number with the bank. 
Account Holder NameThe account holder’s name.The account holder’s name must be exactly as stated in the account.
IBANYour International Bank Account NumberEU only
BankYour bank’s name.Nigeria only


5. Click International Transfer Details (optional) and complete the additional fields as follows:


Note: If you want to receive international payments, additional details about the account holder are necessary.



Field NameDescriptionComments
Country of residencyYour current country of residence.As stated in the bank account related documents. This is not your country of citizenship.
State/RegionYour current state or region of residence.As stated in the bank account related documents.
CityYour current city of residence.As stated in the bank account related documents.
Zip CodeThe Zip Code of your current residence.As stated in the bank account related documents.
AddressYour complete address of residence.As stated in the bank account related documents.


6. Click Add account.


Your account is added to the list of your bank accounts in your profile.


Note: 

  • You can edit/remove account details in the future. 
  • You can save multiple bank accounts and use them for all your bank transfer trades.



Deleting bank account


1. Login to your account, hover over your username, and click Settings.

The Account settings page then appears.


2. Click Payment Details on the left menu.

A list of your bank accounts appears.


3. Choose the account you want deleted and click Delete.


The confirmation dialogue box then appears.


4. Double-check if this is the account you want to remove and click Yes.


At this step, your bank account has been removed from the list of your bank accounts in your profile.
